• Appointment data: Date, time, service, and staff preferences for scheduling purposes.
• Communication data: WhatsApp message interactions to facilitate the booking process.

• To create and manage appointment bookings
• To send appointment confirmations and reminders via WhatsApp
• To enable businesses to manage their schedules

3. WhatsApp Data

We use the WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API) to send and receive messages. Message content is used solely for appointment booking and is not shared with third parties. We comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy.

4. Data Retention

Appointment and customer data is retained for up to 24 months or until deletion is requested. WhatsApp session data expires within 24 hours of inactivity.
