These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Collins App software and services operated by Collins ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Collins provides appointment scheduling, customer management, and business analytics software for barbershops and similar businesses. The service is provided as a subscription-based software-as-a-service.

2. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate agreed at signup.
• A free trial period may be offered at our discretion.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
• No refunds are provided for partial months.

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into Collins (customer records, appointments, etc.). We process your data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Collins to:

• Send unsolicited messages or spam
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to access other accounts or systems
• Reverse engineer or resell the software

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days before it is deleted.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
